Progress Monitoring Results:
- K-2nd: Parents/Guardians can access student progress monitoring results in HAC during the assessment window. The student score reports for PM1 will also be available in the Family Portal after the window closes. During future assessment windows, the STAR progress monitoring scores will be available in the Family Portal after the first two weeks of the assessment administration (within each window).
- 3rd-7th: After the first week of each assessment window, Parents/Guardians can access student progress monitoring results directly from the Family Portal almost immediately after the student completes the assessment. The access code that is needed to log-in to the Family Score Portal can be found in HAC under the registration tab.

Information on Gifted Screenings and Evaluations:
The St. Johns County School District screens all 2nd grade students each year to identify those who may be eligible for gifted services. Students at other grade levels are screened on a referral basis. Please refer to gifted information page under our helpful links for information on the timeline and how to request screenings. Children in the St. Johns County School District (SJCSD) are allowed two screenings by any school in the SJCSD.
